Lazy Covent Garden Day + Chicago in London

August 4th, 2011: After almost a week of GORGEOUS weather, today started raining again. That can get you down when you're supposed to have a picnic outside or wear shorts without tights. So, instead of doing something too complicated, we decided to be around Covent Garden (which keeps amazing us).

14 de Agosto de 2011: Después de casi una semana con un tiempo ESPECTACULAR, hoy ha empezado a llover otra vez. Eso puede deprimirte cuando se supone que vas a salir de picnic o llevar pantalones cortos sin medias. Así que, en vez de hacer algo demasiado complicado, hemos decidido pasar la tarde por Covent Garden (que sigue sorprendiéndonos).

 We found this gorgeous (but dead) dragonfly when we got on the bus. At first, we thought it was made of plastic. But it was real... //
Encontramos esta bonita (pero muerta) libélula en el autobús. Al principio pensábamos que era de plástico... pero era de verdad.

In this little square in Covent Garden, you could put together some words and make your own line/poem.

Because.... TOMORROW we're going to see Chicago The Musical!!!!! We're both crazy about that story, and we've been wanting to go ever since we saw the theatre advertisement. It's going to be awesome!!

Porque... ¡¡MAÑANA vamos a ver el musical de Chicago!! A ambas nos encanta la historia y llevamos queriendo ir desde que vimos el cartel del teatro. ¡Va a ser genial!

Abbey Road (she loves you, yeah yeah yeah)

August 3rd, 2011: All you need is love... and going to Abbey Road if you're in London, obviously! With Carmen by my side, the crazy-obsessed for the Beatles, we had to go there! But first, we wandered around the entire city by bus, trying to find the road. We ended up in "Bangladesh Area" or something... even though we found our way eventually!

3 de Agosto de 2011: "All you need is love" ... e ir a Abbey Road si estás en Londres, por supuesto. Con Carmen a mi lado, la locaza obsesa por los Beatles, estaba claro que teníamos que ir! Pero antes, estuvimos dando vueltas por la ciudad en autobús... más que nada porque no sabíamos dónde estaba la calle. Acabamos en una zona parecida a Bangladesh. ¡Pero encontramos el camino de vuelta!
